Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Alfonso Dagnino Romo is the Founder and CEO of Tridente Labs DTS. He leads the company’s strategy, international partnerships, and institutional engagement, connecting pharmaceutical manufacturers and technology developers with opportunities in Mexico. He has participated in work meetings with Mexico’s federal government on technology transfer projects aimed at producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) domestically. His work also spans product registration agreements with international manufacturers, regulatory strategy, and commercial development, with a focus on expanding market access and strengthening Mexico’s pharmaceutical production capabilities.

Christian Seidl Moreno is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tridente Labs DTS, responsible for the company’s local operations in Mexico. With an academic background in International Business Administration, he brings an international perspective to the coordination of day-to-day activities in the Mexican market. His role connects the company’s strategic vision with local execution, with an emphasis on organization, attention to detail, and close coordination with partners.
